"We loved our builders!...not a usual comment expressed by a new home owner, but our experience with Coora Construction was great!  Both John and Eilish were a pleasure to work with.  John's superior craftsmanship and design along with Elish's decorative style and ability to keep all of the details in order were a great combination. We built our house from California and were able to communicate with Coora on email, conference calls, digital photos and planned trips to Elmhurst.  They were able to meet our aggressive timeline as we were expecting our first child the month we moved in, so being on time was essential.  We really enjoyed the experience of building a custom home with Coora and would highly recommend them to others as we plan to use them for our next custom home!

John has an incredible ability for creating beautiful homes that make the most of every space. His attention to detail is breathtaking, including the elaborate trim, architectural ceilings, and floor plans. We recently relocated back to the Chicago area and had a very short window of time to find a home.  We prepared ourselves to settle for a home that met some of our needs, but not that "perfect" home.  We were never so happy to be wrong!  Coora Construction was able to finish out a home for us that they had already started building, to meet ALL of our needs, and in a much quicker time-frame than we had ever expected.  This is the fourth custom home that we have had built for us, and it has been the best experience yet!  Both Eilish and John were flexible in meeting with us on very short notice when we were able to come into town.  They took pictures all through the process, so that we could see how beautifully the house was coming along.  The finished product exceeded our expectations for quality and value!  It is that perfect home that we never expected to find!  We have already recommended John and Eilish to friends and family looking to build.  If and when we build our next home it will definitely be with Coora Construction!
